It performs reliably at temperatures above 120°C, resists the corrosive effects of coolant, and does not easily harden or crack over extended periods of use.
2. Quick Connector
The connector housing is made of reinforced engineering plastic (PA66+GF), giving it high rigidity and stable dimensions. Inside, EPDM rubber seals provide a leak-proof connection. Stainless steel is used for the retaining ring and bushing, which prevents rust and increases the strength of the joint.
