2. Ball Joint Assembly

Ball Seat (Socket): Formed from POM rubber and pre-filled with lithium-based grease, the seat helps reduce friction and suppress noise between the ball stud and socket.
Dust Cover: Produced from chloroprene rubber, the cover offers good resistance to oil and aging. It prevents the ingress of mud, sand, and moisture, thereby protecting the ball joint from internal wear.
Preload Spring: Made of spring steel, this component applies a consistent preload force.
3. Bushing Assembly
Inner Core: Fabricated from 45# steel, the core is protected against corrosion by zinc plating or an electrophoretic coating. It is rigidly connected to the subframe or knuckle using bolts.
Rubber Elastomer: This is a natural rubber hydraulic bushing featuring an internal hydraulic fluid chamber. It delivers high elasticity and fatigue resistance, helping to absorb road vibrations and filter noise. Additionally, the hydraulic design attenuates high-frequency vibrations through fluid movement, which further enhances ride comfort.
Outer Shell: Manufactured from aluminum alloy, the shell is joined to the control arm body via either an interference fit or welding, ensuring a strong and durable connection between the bushing and the arm body.
