Main Housing
The main housing is made of reinforced engineering plastic (Nylon 66 with 30% glass fiber), offering high temperature resistance, lightweight properties, and good dimensional stability. It withstands the high temperatures and oil corrosion inside the engine compartment while reducing overall weight.
Sealing Element
The gasket that seals against the cylinder head is made of fluororubber (FKM), which is resistant to high temperatures and oil corrosion. It maintains long-term sealing performance and prevents oil leakage.
Metal Inserts and Accessories
Zinc-plated steel inserts are embedded in the bolt holes to prevent wear from repeated assembly and disassembly. The integrated oil-air separator features a metal baffle combined with a plastic flow guide plate. The sensor port is made of alloy plastic material.
Oil-Air Separation Diaphragm
The core diaphragm of the internal oil-air separator is made of fluororubber (FKM), offering excellent oil resistance and aging resistance. It effectively separates oil vapor and gas mixture from the crankcase.
