2.Sealing Element
Fluororubber (FKM) is used for the gasket that seals against the cylinder head. This material resists both elevated temperatures and oil attack, ensuring durable sealing performance and effective leakage prevention over time.
3.Metal Inserts and Accessories
Zinc-coated steel inserts are molded into the bolt mounting holes to prevent wear from repeated assembly and disassembly cycles. The integrated oil-air separator features a metallic baffle plate combined with a plastic flow director, while the sensor port is formed from an alloy-based plastic material.
4.Oil-Air Separation Diaphragm
The key diaphragm inside the oil-air separator is made of fluororubber (FKM), which exhibits superior resistance to oil and long-term aging. This enables it to efficiently separate oil vapor from the crankcase gas mixture.
