2.Sealing Element
The gasket that seals against the cylinder head is produced from fluororubber (FKM), a material known for its ability to resist high temperatures and oil attack. This ensures reliable, long-lasting sealing and effective prevention of oil leakage.
3.Metal Inserts and Accessories
Galvanized steel inserts are built into the bolt mounting holes to avoid wear resulting from repeated installation and removal. Inside the integrated oil-air separator, a metal baffle works alongside a plastic guide plate, and the sensor connection is made from an alloy plastic material.
4.Oil-Air Separation Diaphragm
The central diaphragm of the oil-air separator is made from fluororubber (FKM), which offers outstanding resistance to both oil and aging. This allows it to efficiently separate oil vapor from the crankcase's gas mixture.
