2. Seal
The gasket that contacts the cylinder head is made of FKM (fluoroelastomer), which resists high temperatures and oil corrosion, maintaining long‑term sealing performance and preventing oil leakage.
3. Metal Inserts and Accessories
Zinc‑plated steel is embedded in the mounting bolt holes to prevent wear from repeated assembly/disassembly. The integrated oil separator uses a structure of metal baffles plus plastic flow guides, while the sensor port is made of alloy plastic material.
4. Oil Separation Diaphragm
The core diaphragm inside the oil separator is made of FKM (fluoroelastomer), offering excellent oil resistance and aging resistance, efficiently separating oil vapor from the crankcase gas mixture.
