2. Vibration Damping Core Unit
The core damping layer is composed of natural rubber, which brings high elasticity and strong fatigue resistance. Hydraulic damping oil is contained within the interior. When the oil flows, it produces a damping force that effectively absorbs vibrations with low frequency and large amplitude.
3. Connecting Components
A high-strength carbon steel bolt with a zinc-plated surface is used for the upper connection to prevent rust. At the bottom, an oil-resistant rubber cushion is provided to further dampen vibrations and keep noise to a minimum.
