2. Spring-Compensated Design – Self-Adjustment for Wear
A high-quality oil-resistant spring at the main lip continuously compensates for the loss of radial force in the rubber lip caused by wear and aging throughout the entire service life of the oil seal. This ensures that the seal remains tightly wrapped around the valve stem, preventing oil burning due to inadequate sealing in later stages. The material and tension design of the spring directly determine the mid-to-late stage performance of the oil seal.
