In this vibrant spring and summer season, our company organized a summer camp. On April 26, we took a good mood and went from the office to outdoor activities, and had a wonderful journey of "training empowerment + team cohesion"! This activity is mainly divided into two parts: indoor training and outdoor play.
In the morning, it was an indoor training session. General Manager Wade Liu brought us an analysis and interpretation of the industry development trend, and combined with the company's actual situation, explained the future product strategy and business direction. In addition, the general manager guided employees to speak freely on topics such as product development and innovation, and formed multiple rounds of brainstorming on the spot. Many optimization suggestions put forward by employees were adopted. Through this training, we have a deeper understanding of the position and are full of confidence in the challenges of the future.
In the afternoon, we started an outdoor team-building activity in Conghua, Guangzhou-barbecue, relay race, fun rafting... Every project is exciting and relaxing. The most memorable thing is the scene of everyone working together and talking and laughing around the stove. At that moment, it seemed that we were not only colleagues, but also friends and family.
This summer camp is not just an activity, but more like a dose of "energy replenishment". It allows us to release stress and stimulate vitality after busy work, and also makes communication between each other smoother and team collaboration further.
