1. Hose body
The hose body is manufactured from an EPDM-based rubber compound that resists heat and oil. A polyester fiber braid is embedded within the wall to provide enhanced burst and tensile strength. It is capable of withstanding temperatures exceeding 120°C, exhibits excellent resistance to coolant-induced degradation, and does not readily harden or crack over prolonged use.
2. Quick connector
The connector housing is molded from reinforced engineering plastic (PA66+GF), which imparts high rigidity and dimensional consistency. An EPDM rubber seal is incorporated to assure a leak-proof interface. Both the metal retaining ring and the bushing are fabricated from stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and robust mechanical coupling.
