1.Multi-Resistant Lightweight Base Housing with Long-Term Dimensional Stability
Constructed from reinforced engineering plastic, the base housing combines excellent thermal resistance, pressure tolerance and engine oil/coolant corrosion resistance with a lightweight design. It stably withstands the high-temperature, high-pressure operating conditions of both engine oil and coolant, retains consistent dimensional stability, and resists cracking or failure throughout extended service, delivering reliable structural support for the entire filter assembly.
The integrated cooler core adopts an aluminum plate-fin structure fabricated via precision vacuum brazing technology, featuring superior heat transfer efficiency and strong corrosion resistance. It realizes high-efficiency reciprocal heat exchange between engine oil and coolant, precisely regulates oil operating temperature, and maintains the engine lubrication system at an optimal thermal state.
All connection joint sealing gaskets are manufactured from Fluoroelastomer (FKM), a high-performance elastomer with outstanding resistance to oil/coolant corrosion and exceptional high-temperature thermal stability. It forms a reliable sealing barrier at all mating interfaces, completely eliminating cross-leakage between oil and coolant flow passages and preserving the integrity of the engine’s fluid systems.

A: The quotation is not included in tax (tax number of customer is required for export tax exemption in China). If DDP (tax paid delivery) is required, additional tax confirmation is required.
