1. Hose body
The Expansion Tank Hose body is fabricated from an EPDM and heat/oil resistant rubber composite, whereby a polyester fiber braid is embedded to enhance pressure and tensile strength. The construction enables operation above 120°C, provides resistance to coolant corrosion, and ensures that hardening or cracking does not occur after prolonged use.
2. Quick connector
The quick connector comprises a reinforced PA66+GF housing, whereby high rigidity and dimensional stability are achieved. An internal EPDM rubber seal is provided, whereby leak-free connection is assured. Stainless steel is employed for the retaining ring and bushing, whereby rust is prevented and connection strength is improved.
