The hose body is fabricated from a high-grade Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) composite material, boasting exceptional heat resistance, coolant corrosion resistance and anti-aging properties. It can endure operating temperatures exceeding 120°C without embrittlement, hardening or cracking during prolonged service, adapting perfectly to the high-temperature environment of the engine bay. A polyester fiber braid is embedded between the rubber layers to significantly enhance the hose’s pressure resistance and tensile strength, preventing bulging or bursting under high coolant pressure and ensuring long-term structural stability.
The quick connector housing is made of reinforced engineering plastic (PA66+GF), which delivers high mechanical strength and excellent dimensional stability, resisting deformation even under thermal and mechanical loads. The internal seals are precision-molded from EPDM material, forming a reliable hermetic seal to ensure leak-free coolant connections. Additionally, the metal retaining ring and bushings are constructed from stainless steel, providing superior anti-rusting and anti-corrosion performance while enhancing the connection’s mechanical strength, and enabling quick, tool-free assembly and disassembly to improve maintenance efficiency.
