A braided polyester fiber layer is embedded within to increase resistance to pressure and stretching. It operates reliably above 120°C, resists coolant corrosion, and does not harden or crack even after prolonged use.
2. Quick Connector
For the quick connector, the housing is made of reinforced engineering plastic (PA66+GF), offering high rigidity and stable dimensions. The internal seals are made of EPDM rubber, which ensures no leakage at the connection point. The retaining ring and bushing are both stainless steel, providing rust protection and enhanced connection strength.
