Advantage of Timing Chain Plate：
The main substrate is manufactured from glass-fiber reinforced nylon, which integrates exceptional structural strength and lightweight engineering properties alongside inherent self-lubricating characteristics. It sustains long-term direct sliding friction with metal timing chains without supplementary lubrication, delivering extremely low component wear and quiet operational performance for the timing drive system.
Galvanized steel bushings are insert-molded into all mounting holes, which eliminates abrasive damage to plastic mounting bores caused by repeated assembly/disassembly cycles and dynamic service stresses. This design significantly reinforces the rigidity and service life of the mounting structure, maintaining stable positioning of the timing chain plate throughout its operational lifespan.
High-performance variants feature a Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coating on the chain contact friction surface. This specialized low-friction coating further reduces the friction coefficient between the plate and the timing chain, minimizing chain abrasion, damping mechanical vibration, and achieving quieter operation of the entire timing drive system.
