2.Beam Skeleton
The beam skeleton is created by compressing several thin stainless steel plates into one layered unit. The skeleton's own spring force generates steady, even downward pressure on the blade, replacing the jointed metal structure of traditional wipers and keeping the blade tight to the glass surface.
3.Outer Rubber Sheath
An outer sheath made of PVC elastic plastic encloses the beam skeleton. This sheath blocks rust, reduces operating noise, and prevents scratches on the glass. The sheath also shapes the wiper into a smooth, streamlined form.
4.Connector & Clip
ABS plastic goes into making the connector and clip. A quick-release design built into these parts matches specific vehicle models, allowing the wiper to attach quickly to different wiper arm types. A spring steel plate inside the connector absorbs vibration.
