1.Wiper Insert
The insert is built from natural rubber, with a graphite or Teflon coating applied to its surface. This coating increases resistance to wear, improves sliding smoothness, and lowers noise during wiping.
A stainless steel spring strip runs through the interior of the rubber, pressing the blade evenly onto the windshield across its whole length.
2.Beam Skeleton
The beam skeleton is formed by laminating multiple thin stainless steel plates together. The skeleton's own spring force delivers constant, uniform downward pressure to the blade, doing away with the metal frame structure of traditional wipers and keeping the blade in close contact with the glass.
3.Outer Rubber Sheath
The beam skeleton is fully covered by an outer sheath of PVC elastic plastic. This sheath stops rust from appearing, cuts down on wiping noise, and keeps the glass safe from scratches. The sheath also gives the wiper a clean, smooth shape.
4.Connector & Clip
The connector and clip are made from ABS plastic. A quick-release mechanism inside these parts fits specific vehicle models, allowing rapid attachment to different wiper arm connections. A spring steel plate inside the connector absorbs vibration.
