2.Beam Skeleton
The beam skeleton is assembled by pressing multiple thin stainless steel plates together. The skeleton's own spring force applies a steady, uniform downward load to the blade, eliminating the need for the hinged metal frame of traditional wipers and keeping the blade flush with the windshield.
3.Outer Rubber Sheath
The beam skeleton is sealed inside an outer sheath of PVC elastic plastic. This sheath blocks rust, dampens wiping noise, and protects the glass from scratches. The sheath also rounds out the wiper into a smooth, sleek shape.
4.Connector & Clip
The connector and clip are manufactured from ABS plastic. A quick-release mechanism built into these parts fits specific vehicle models, allowing fast attachment to different wiper arm types. A spring steel plate inside the connector absorbs vibration.
