1.Wiper Insert
The insert uses natural rubber as its raw material, with a graphite or Teflon coating on the surface. This coating improves resistance to wear, increases smoothness during wiping, and cuts down on noise.
A stainless steel spring strip sits inside the rubber, pressing the blade evenly against the windshield from one end to the other.
2.Beam Skeleton
Several thin stainless steel plates are layered and pressed together to form the beam skeleton. The skeleton's own elastic force applies steady, uniform downward pressure on the blade, replacing the metal bracket structure of conventional wipers and keeping the blade in close contact with the glass.
3.Outer Rubber Sheath
The beam skeleton is enclosed in an outer sheath of PVC elastic plastic. This sheath blocks rust, reduces operating noise, and protects the glass from scratches. The sheath also rounds out the wiper into a smooth, clean shape.
4.Connector & Clip
The connector and clip are produced from ABS plastic. A quick-release mechanism built into the parts fits specific vehicle types, enabling fast switching between different wiper arm connections. A spring steel plate inside the connector absorbs vibration.
