3. Bushing Assembly
The inner core is made of 45# steel with a zinc‑plated or electrophoretic anti‑corrosion coating, and it is rigidly bolted to the subframe or steering knuckle. The rubber elastomer consists of natural rubber combined with a hydraulic bushing that contains an internal oil cavity. This design offers high elasticity and fatigue resistance, absorbing road impacts and filtering out noise. Additionally, the hydraulic bushing reduces high‑frequency vibrations through internal oil flow, further improving ride comfort. The outer housing is made of aluminum alloy and is attached to the control arm by either interference fit or welding, ensuring a strong and durable connection between the bushing and the arm.
