2. Ball Joint Assembly
Ball stud: Conventional studs can wear quickly and cause steering imprecision. We use bearing steel with carburizing, hardening, and grinding. The outcome: a hard, wear‑resistant surface that delivers precise, friction‑free steering for the long haul.
Ball socket: Friction and noise are common issues in ordinary joints. Our POM socket comes pre‑filled with lithium grease, slashing friction and keeping operation quiet.
Dust boot: Contaminants like dirt and moisture often lead to premature joint failure. A chloroprene rubber boot seals them out completely, and its oil‑ and age‑resistant nature ensures lasting protection.
Preload spring: Without proper preload, joints can develop play over time. A spring steel spring applies constant preload, keeping the assembly tight and reliable.
3. Bushing Assembly
Inner core: A weak attachment can cause misalignment. Our 45# steel core, protected by zinc or electrophoretic coating, bolts rigidly to the subframe or knuckle for a secure fit.
Rubber elastomer: Road vibrations and noise degrade comfort. We combine natural rubber with a hydraulic bushing that contains an internal oil chamber. This delivers high elasticity and fatigue resistance, absorbing impacts and filtering noise. The oil flow inside the hydraulic bushing also dampens high‑frequency vibrations – giving you a quieter, more comfortable cabin.
Outer housing: A loose bushing connection can ruin performance. Our aluminum alloy housing is interference‑fitted or welded to the control arm, creating a bond that stays strong over years of use.
