3. Bushing Assembly

The rubber elastomer combines natural rubber with a hydraulic bushing that contains an internal oil chamber, providing high elasticity and fatigue resistance. This design absorbs road vibrations and filters out noise, while oil flow inside the hydraulic bushing dampens high‑frequency vibrations, further improving ride comfort. The outer housing is made of aluminum alloy and attached to the control arm by either interference fit or welding, ensuring a strong and durable bond.
