2. Rod Body (Tie Rod Shaft)
High-quality 45# carbon steel, processed through a cold drawing method, serves as the main material for the rod body. An electrophoretic coating is applied to the surface for corrosion protection, allowing for a lightweight design while greatly enhancing rust resistance. The rod ends are precisely machined to create fine-pitch threads, providing structural flexibility that allows for accurate adjustment of the front wheel toe angle.
3. Fasteners (Nuts)
These nuts are fabricated from 8.8-grade high-strength alloy steel. Their surfaces receive either a zinc plating or a Dacromet coating, offering dual protection against both loosening and corrosion. This ensures that the assembled joint maintains its mechanical reliability over time.
